Alex is our go-to plumber for all our needs. We have a fixer-upper home as well as a vacation rental property and Alex has done numerous jobs for us, sometimes correcting someone else’s work that wasn’t done correctly. He is always available within a day or two, and if it’s an emergency he will shift his schedule to take care of us right away. He does quality work at a very fair price and that’s hard to find nowadays. I highly recommend him!
Yesterday Alex was at our home. This is the 2nd time we’ve had Alex out (2 separate jobs). Not only did he come out on a SUNDAY MORNING, but he diagnosed the problem immediately. Unfortunately, the problem was with a unit installed by another company which is still under warranty and he highly encouraged us to call them to get the unit replaced (repaired).
